We are a two-brother outfit, now a seven-person team, operating out of Kathmandu since 2013. We started by fixing logistics for a South Indian crew that nobody else would touch. We still fix the ones nobody else touches.
Twenty-three international productions later — Rajshri, Amazon, T-Series, 125 Films LLC, Duellmann, and a feature at 5,364 m in Upper Mustang — we know every permit desk in Kathmandu, every chopper pilot who will actually take the job, and every lodge above 3,000 m that has working power.
What your director sees on screen is mountains. What we see is weather windows, CAAN clearances, porter loads, battery cold tolerance, and a customs officer we have known for eight years.
